Cliff Brown (Newman University Men's Soccer Head Coach), School of Excellence Camp Director, Derek Nichols (Newman University Women's Head Coach), Derek Nichols Soccer Academy Director and Victor Garcia-Bebek (Newman University Men's Assistant Coach), New Soccer Academy Founder and Executive Director of Coaching share the same coaching philosophy.
