Cliff Brown, Camp Director
Coach Brown has coached soccer for more than 37 years, and has built the Newman University men’s program into the most respected in the NAIA. In addition to serving as head men’s soccer coach at Newman the past 18 years, where he has achieved more than 200 wins, Brown launched the women’s program in 1989, which he coached for the first 11 years of its existence.Brown has led the men’s soccer to numerous achievements, including three regional championships, three trips to the NAIA Nationals and one National Quarterfinal finish. He has been named Coach-of-the-Year eight times. Brown competed as a goalkeeper at the University of Washington, was a member of the U.S. Youth National Team, and has played on eight professional soccer teams over three decades. He has also coached professionally.

Victor Garcia-Bebek, Assistant Camp Director
A native of Lima, Peru, Coach Garcia-Bebek enters his seventh season as assistant men’s soccer coach at Newman. In addition to helping oversee day-to-day operations, he assists in scouting, recruiting and training players. Garcia-Bebek played for Newman in 2001, helping the team to a MCAC Conference Championship and a Region IV Runner-up finish. He played his club soccer in Peru where he shared the field with players who are now with professional teams in Europe and South America. Garcia-Bebek is involved with the Wichita soccer community, He is the Founder of New Soccer Academy (NSA FC) and current Executive Director of Coaching.
